Incident Collaboration Upgraded: Parallel Investigation with Shared Context

This release adds collaborative incident response, allowing teams to run multiple investigation tasks around the same incident. Incident details bring impact scope, linked alerts, findings, reports, and cleaned activity records into one place so responders can take over quickly, avoid repeated coordination, and track progress throughout the response.

New Feature: Collaborative Incident Response

An incident can now support multiple investigation tasks running in parallel. Team members can split work across investigation paths while sharing the incident description, impact scope, and linked alerts. Each task starts with the same context, and investigations can move forward at the same time.

Progress, findings, and reports from every task return to the same incident context. Incident details also preserve cleaned activity records, and team members can add comments to see current conclusions, open questions, and next actions without searching across separate tasks or communication channels.

Shared context helps new responders take over quickly and gives incident leads a clear view of overall progress. Clear records of the investigation and its conclusions reduce repeated status updates.
